Freixenet is a family-owned company with roots that stretch back to 1861.Best known for its “black bottle bubbly” Cordon Negro, Freixenet grew from humble beginnings in rurual Catalunya and is embedded in the history of two longstanding winemaking families; the Ferrers and the Salas.
