Mionetto has been making wine since 1887, offering a range of proseccos and sparkling wines. They have always clearly defined and stayed true to making traditional Prosecco, a treasure with rich of history in the Veneto region. The Prosecco grape originated during Roman times and is one of the oldest grapes in Italian history. Its origin and name can be traced back to the town of Prosecco in Trieste. Prosecco grapes are transformed into sparkling wine using the Charmat method in which stainless steel tanks and yeast are utilized to produce a natural second fermentation.

The wine is straw-colored wine with brilliant reflections. The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of pear and citrus with a slightly floral bouquet.
