Roger Goulart
Founded in 1882, Roger Goulart began making Cava in 1883. Goulart was one of the pioneers in Spain to produce sparkling wine with the traditional Méthode Champenoise. Located in the small village of Sant Esteve Sesroivires, Golart owns 50 acres of vines. The predominant grape is the local Xarel-lo, an indigenous grape from the Penedés region of Spain.

At Roger Goulart everything is done by hand and has been throughout their 135 years of history. During aging, each bottle is hand turned. Roger Goulart only produces long aging sparkling wines and all have long contact and interaction with the lees. The Gran Reserves are all in underground caves and are only disgorged when ordered.
