Concrete is a collaboration of Winemakers Barry Gnekow and Joseph Smith, partnered with Tyson Rippey and is named for the 1940’s concrete fermenting tank in which a portion of the wine is fermented.  The wine is a unique mix of different winemaking techniques:  A portion concrete tank fermented, a portion Flash Détente extracted and fermented in oak barrels, and a portion stainless steel fermented.

Old World meets New World technology resulting in a rich, layered, juicy, textured wine that explodes with flavor in the mouth – delivering the patent-pending flavor profile they call the “Vertical Palate.”
