Petit Bâtard
Petit Batard is the “illegitimate offspring” of Xtant.  A second label of a wine the Wine Spectator has named to their list of “Napa’s Impressive Newcomers.”  And just like it’s famed parent, Petit Batard is comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec, from the same prized vineyards, rich in history.  St. Helena’s historic Lewelling vineyard, the Kletter vineyard and UC Davis’ world renowned Oakville Station vineyard.  Petit Batard enjoys the same “no-holds-barred” winemaking as Xtant which makes it an incredible value. In fact owner Jeff O’Neill teases about how “they don’t make a dime” on Petit Batard.  The only distinction between the two is the final blend.  Petit Batard is only distributed through fine shops and restaurants in select markets.
