For over a hundred years the Recchia family have been master wine makers. For many generations the family has lived in the heart of Valpolicella in the valley of Negrar. Wine making is in their blood. Their love for the local terrior and the traditions make their wines truely unique.

Negrar, Marano, San Pietro in Cariano, Fumane and Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella. These are the villages that form the core of the Valpolicella Classico area which is where the heart of Recchia lies. Just a few miles from fair Verona and nestled by the pure watres of Lake Garda you will find the rolling hillsides dotted by drystone walls that make up the terraces on which the vines of Recchia's vineyards are planted.

The varieties are time-honoured favourites: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara and together they form the soul of Recchia wines whether Valpolicella Classico and Superiore or the peerless Amarone and Recioto.
