When renowned winemakers Steve Matthiasson (Matthiasson Wines) and Bob Cabral (formerly William Selyem) decided to take their love of whiskey to task, they didn’t mess around.   The result is an American Whiskey that’s highly sought after.  Matured for 9 years in “experienced” French oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels that comes in an allocated 6 pack.   

Slaughter House Whiskey was awarded the “Gold Medal- Best in Class” and as Douglas Smith from Whiskies of the World said, “being recognized as a winner is an extremely prestigious accolade and one that many in the industry strive to obtain.”
